Melanie Hampton’s “Master’s Challenge” raised sponsorship money for Building Heroes (charity number 1158886). She received a lovely thank you letter :
Dear Melanie
On behalf of everyone at Building Heroes—and our colleagues at the London Construction Academies—thank you so much for taking on the sponsored assault course in our name and for your wonderful support.
We are incredibly grateful for the donation of over £3,500 directly received by Building Heroes. Your efforts and generosity will help more veterans and Service Leavers gain barrier-free access to training, employability support, and pastoral care as they retrain and redeploy into civilian life, exploring new careers in construction.
Your past leadership as Master of the Worshipful Company of Paviors, combined with your personal commitment to our cause, means a great deal to our community. Thank you for standing with us, taking on such a challenge of fitness and endurance and championing those who have served.
With warmest thanks,
Nicola Schneider
Deputy Chief Executive
