Charlie Laing is a building project management expert and heads a project management team. As a member of the Laing family construction dynasty and fourth-generation Pavior, building is in Charlie’s blood.
With over 25 years in the industry, Charlie has managed major commercial projects overseas to more modest residential new builds and renovations in the UK.
Charlie founded Charlie Laing Ltd. in 2004, which later merged with ClearPlan Project Management Ltd. in 2014 to form CLPM Ltd.
Charlie’s experience is invaluable when supporting his project management team in delivering the diverse range of projects we get involved in each year. He also frequently speaks at construction industry events and presents at the regular weekend Self Build and Project Management training courses at the NSBRC in Swindon.
Charlie enjoys opera, skiing and spending time with his family in his spare time. He is the fourth member of the Laing family to serve as Master of the Worshipful Company of Paviors.
