The Master, Wardens and a select group of Paviors were given a warm welcome by Commander Rory Armstrong, Commanding Officer of Diving and Threat Exploitation Unit (DTXG) at their National headquarters in Portsmouth. DTXG is part of the Royal Navy and is structured to deliver Diving, Exploitation and Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) force elements with greater availability, sustainability, and lethality.
After a fascinating talk and tour of the headquarters, followed by a hearty curry lunch in the mess, the Commanding Officer and Master Pavior signed the memorandum of affiliation. We are confident for a long and rewarding relationship.
