Paul Sheffield CBE

Paul is a professional Engineer, having studied at Surrey University, graduating in 1983 and becoming chartered in 1987. Paul has worked as a Civil Engineer now for over four decades
From graduate, Chief Engineer, Project Manager, Director, Managing Director and CEO, Paul has covered the full spectrum of responsibilities.
Paul was CEO of Kier for four years, having worked for the organisation for over thirty. He was then Director at Laing O’Rourke in a special advisory capacity and is currently on the Supervisory Board of The Royal BAM Group.
His experience has taken him around the world, working on numerous and varied infrastructure projects in countries such as South Africa, Abu Dhabi, Papua New Guinea, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong and the UK.
