The Paviors’ Luncheon Club’s traditional early-November lunch was held in the Private Members’ Dining Room of the City of London’s Guildhall on 6 November. The occasion provided the opportunity to mark the retirement of the Club’s Administrator, Louise Penston, after over 30 years of service. The Club’s Chairman, Tom Barton, thanked Louise for her service on behalf of the members. He then presented her with a silver bracelet featuring the Paviors’ coat-of-arms and some vouchers as a ‘thank you’ from the Club’s members. The Chairman also took the opportunity to introduce to the members the new Administrator, Liz Morgan.

After the lunch, a regular draw of the 200 Club took place, and the winners will be notified by the Liverymen’s Committee.

As normal for this venue, an excellent lunch was enjoyed and the occasion provided a good opportunity for members to meet and socialize.
