The Rt Hon The Lord Mayor and Honorary Pavior, Alderman William Russell, relinquished office after a pandemic-hit two terms on 11 November. The Lord Mayor Elect, Alderman Vincent Keaveny, will be sworn in at the Silent Ceremony on Friday 12 November.
